Confidential information - Agreement to the creditor’s petition for postponing the date of completion of the third reorganization stage.

With reference to the current report no. 140/2014 dated 17 September 2014, the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“the Company”) informs that the petition for postponing the Date of completion of the third reorganization stage submitted on 17 September 2014 by one of the creditors being a party to the agreement on the principles of managing the financial debt of the Company dated 21 December 2012 (“ZOZF Agreement”) has obtained the consent of the Company and other creditors being the party to the ZOZF Agreement.

The Date of completion of the third reorganization stage has been postponed to 24 September 2014 and shall take place on that day after fulfilling the rest of conditions precedent mentioned in Company’s report no. 140/2014 dated 17 September 2014, i.e.:

a.     establishing the appropriate securities of the New Guarantee Line by Segment companies and the change by the Company of the appropriate existing securities of the New Guarantee Line; and

b.     conclusion by the Company and PKO BP bank agreement of escrow account for the purposes of issuing New Bonds.
