Conditional selection of the Issuer subsidiary’s offer for the implementation of the oil terminal in Gdańsk

Legal basis: Article 17(1) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC

The Management Board of “Polimex-Mostostal” S.A. with the registered office in Warsaw (the “Issuer”) informs that today the subsidiary of the Issuer Naftoremont-Naftobudowa sp. o.o. received a notification regarding the conditional selection of the company’s offer in the tender procedure for the realization of the following project: “Stage 2 of the Implementation of the Oil Terminal in Gdańsk for PERN S.A. with the Registered Office in Płock” (the “Ordering Party”).

The reimbursement offered for the performance of the contract is PLN 326,89 mln. In view of the fact that the order will be implemented within the consortium, Naftoremont-Naftobudowa sp. o.o. will receive 67,57 % of the remuneration.

The acceptance of the offer and the conclusion of the contract are conditional upon corporate approvals on the part of the Ordering Party.

The Issuer will inform about the conclusion of the agreement with the Ordering Party and the terms of the contract in a separate current report.
