Conclusion of a subcontracting agreement

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Młynarska 42, 01-171 Warsaw (“the Company”) informs that today it obtained the information on  the conclusion of a subcontracting agreement with Polimex Energetyka Spółka z o.o. (“the Subconctractor”, “the Segment Company”). The agreement covers carrying out building works, deliveries, disassembly and installation, carrying out performance tests and commissioning as part of the 3rd phase (“Modernization and renovation of the main steam and water pipeline system of the boiler in the unit no. 11”), the 4th phase (“Modernization and renovation of the main steam and water pipeline system of the boiler in the unit no. 12”), the 5th phase (“Modernization and renovation of the main steam and water pipeline system of the boiler in the unit no. 9”) and the 6th phase (“Modernization and renovation of the main steam and water pipeline system of the boiler in the unit no. 10”) as part of the contract “(“Modernization and renovation of the main steam and water pipeline system of the boiler in the units no. 7-12 at the Bełchatów Power Plant”) concluded with PGE Górnictwo i  Energetyka Konwencjonalna  S.A. (“the Ordering Party”). The total net value of the agreement amounts to 49,860,508.47 PLN. The agreement realisation period: 21.09.2016.

The conclusion of the agreement constitutes performance of the Company's liability agreed upon with bondholders in the documentation of series A and series B bonds, about the issuance of which the Company informed in the current report no. 152/2014 dated 2 October 2014, regarding subcontracting the Segment Company for the execution of the Contract.
