Conclusion of a contract by the Issuer’s subsidiary company

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Młynarska 42 (“the Company”, “the Issuer”) hereby informs that the Issuer’s subsidiary company - Polimex Projekt Opole Sp. z o.o., ul. Młynarska 42, 01-171 Warsaw (“the Subsidiary”), concluded on 23.12.2014 a commission contract for the delivery and installation of SN 10 kV and 6kV switchboards together with spare parts and specialised devices, repair tools as well as supervision over launching of the SN switchboards (participation in Commissioning).

The lump-sum remuneration amounts to PLN 21,500,000.00 plus VAT.

The commission contract was concluded under the agreement dated 15 February 2012 entered into with PGE Elektrownia Opole S.A, of which the Issuer informed in report no. 8/2012.
