Conclusion of a commission agreement

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Młynarska 42, 01-171 Warsaw („Company”) hereby informs that yesterday the Company entered into a commission agreement with the company Przedsiębiorstwo Modernizacji Urządzeń Energetycznych „REMAK” S.A. with its registered office in Opole, at ul. Zielonogórska 3, 45-955 Opole („Contractor”). The commission regards the assembly of the boiler shell with respect to the 1,2 package at the Powerstation Kozienice. The total value of the commission amounts to net PLN 53,500.00. The commission will be realized from August 2014 to February 2016. The agreement shall become effective only if the General Contactor (which is the Company) ensures that the Ordering Party, which is Enea Wytwarzanie S.A,. accepts the content of the agreement and the Contractor as the Subcontractor.
