Conclusion of a commission agreement

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Młynarska 42, 01-171 Warsaw (“the Company”) informs that today it has obtained the information on the conclusion of a commission agreement with the consortium Famak S.A., Famur S.A., Zamet Industry S.A. ("the Contractor"). The subject of the commission shall be delivery, assembly and activation of the technological devices in the carburizing turnkey system under the contract for the construction of a supercritical, coal-fired power unit of a net electrical capacity of 1075 MWe at ENEA Wytwarzanie S.A. The total value of the commission amounts to net PLN 115 000 000. The task shall be carried out until 21 July 2017.
