Conclusion of an annex to the significant agreement by a subsidiary of the Issuer

With reference to the current report No 47/2016 of 11 August 2016, the current report No 36/2018 of 23 August 2018 and the current report No 24/2019 of 9 September 2019, the Management Board of Polimex Mostostal S.A. with the registered office in Warsaw (the “Company”) informs that it has become aware of the conclusion of an annex (the “Annex”) to the agreement concerning the turnkey construction of a Flue Gas Desulphurisation Plant for units A and B at the Pomorzany Power Plant (the “Contract”) between Polimex Energetyka Sp. z o.o. (the subsidiary of the Company) and Doosan Lentjes GmbH with the registered office in Ratingen, Germany (jointly referred to as the “Contractor”) and PGE Górnictwo i Energetyka Konwencjonalna S.A. with the registered office in Bełchatów (the “Ordering Party”).

The Annex stipulates modifications to the scope of works implemented by the Contractor for the Ordering Party, as well as an extension to the deadline for the Contract execution until 31 January 2020. The provisions of the Annex came into force on 20 December 2019.

Other provisions of the Contract remain unchanged.
