Conclusion of an annex to the significant agreement

With reference to the current report No 35/2019 of 10 December 2019, the Management Board of Polimex Mostostal S.A. with the registered office in Warsaw (the “Company”) informs about the conclusion of an annex (the “Annex”) to the agreement for the construction of the shell of a residential complex on the Ordona street in Warsaw (the “Contract”) between the consortium comprising the Company, Polimex Infrastruktura Sp. z o.o. with the registered office in Warsaw (a subsidiary of the Company) (jointly referred to as the “Contractor”) and Projekt Echo – 136 Sp. z o.o. Sp. k. with the registered office in Kielce. The Annex stipulates: (i) an increase to the Contractor's remuneration by PLN 154,435.72 net to the amount of PLN 36,822,435.72 due to an extension of the scope of the Contract to include additional works, (ii) an extension to the deadline for the Contract execution until 31 January 2021. Other significant provisions of the Contract remain unchanged.
