Conclusion of an Annex to the Guarantee Agreement for the Opole Project

Legal basis: Article 17(1) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC

With reference to the current report no 9/2014 of 24th January 2014, the current report no 32/2018 of 3rd August 2018 and the current report no 49/2018 of 10th October 2018,  the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with the registered office in Warsaw (the “Issuer”) informs that today the subsidiary of the Issuer, Polimex Opole Sp. z o.o Sp. k. with the registered office in Warsaw, concluded an annex to the Guarantee Agreement with PKO BP S.A. for the contract regarding the construction of power units no 5 and 6 at PGE Elektrownia Opole S.A. (the “Annex”). Pursuant to the Annex, the validity period for the Advance Payment Guarantee has been extended until 15th November 2019 and the amount of the guarantee has been reduced to PLN 16,433,209.77.

Other provisions of the Guarantee Agreement remain unchanged.
