Conclusion of the agreement of transfer of the right of perpetual usufruct

With reference to current report no. 95/2014 dated 16 July 2014, the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. ("the Company") with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Młynarska 42, informs that on 8 September 2014 an agreement was concluded of transfer of the right of perpetual usufruct of the property and the ownership of buildings constituting objects of property separated from land located in Lublin at ul. Garbarska ("Transfer Agreement). The Transfer Agreement was concluded due to the fact that all conditions described in the Conditional Contract of Sale of 15 July 2014 were satisfied.
