The conclusion of an agreement on the sale of the right of perpetual usufruct to real estate

Legal basis: Article 17(1) of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC.

Referring to current report no. 51/2016 dated 28 September 2016,  the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. having its registered address in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") informs that it has been notified today that Naftoremont-Naftobudowa Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, a subsidiary of the Issuer, acting as the Seller, and VIVARTIS Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością having its registered office in Warsaw, acting as the Buyer, concluded, on 23 June 2017, an agreement on the sale of the right of perpetual usufruct to the Real Estate (as defined in current report no. 51/2016). The Agreement has been concluded following the fulfilment of the conditions stipulated in the conditional agreement.

The gross sale price is 6,334,500 zlotys.
