Conclusion of the agreement concerning the Opole project.

With reference to current report no. 111/2013 dated 14 August 2013 informing of conclusion of an annex to contract for construction of power units nos. 5 and 6 in Elektrownia Opole dated 15 February 2012 (“Main Contract”) as well as of reception from PGE Górnictwo i Energetyka Konwencjonalna S.A. (formerly PGE Elektrownia Opole S.A.) (“Ordering Party”) of a notification on the planned date of issuing Works Commencement Order on 15 December 2013, the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company”) informs that on 6 December 2013 the Company concluded with the Ordering Party and Rafako S.A. (“Rafako”) and Mostostal Warszawa S.A. (“Mostostal”) acting jointly with the Company as a general contractor (jointly the “General Contractor”), with participation of Alstom Power sp. z o.o. (“Alstom”) an agreement specifying new date of issuing Works Commencement Order by the Ordering Party under the Main Contract.

According to the Agreement, Works Commencement Order shall be issued to the General Contractor on 31 January 2014.

The agreement concluded among the Ordering Party and the Consortium, with participation of Alstom, has been considered significant due to the fact that it concerns the Main Contract, from which the revenues of the Company exceed 10% of the revenues from the sale of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. Capital Group for the period of last four working quarters.
