concluding a material contract

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Company’) with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17 hereby informs that on 29 January 2013 its Subsidiary Company TORPOL S.A. and STU Ergo Hestia S.A. concluded Business liability or property owner’s liability insurance contracts.

Parties of the Contract:

Insurer:- Sopockie Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń ERGO HESTIA Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Sopot,

Insuring Party:- TORPOL S.A. with its registered office in Poznan,

Insured: - TORPOL S.A. with its registered office in Poznan

Terms and conditions of the Contract:

 Amount of insurance:  PLN 30,000,000.00

             Period of insurance:  01.01.2013 – 31.12.2013,

             Insurance premium has been agreed upon on market terms;

The value of the Issuer's equity capital has been assumed to be the criterion for considering the Contract to be material.

Since the last current report wherein we informed of the conclusion of an insurance contract with the aforementioned Insurer (current report no. 124/2012 dated 19.12.2012), TORPOL S.A. and STU Ergo Hestia S.A. have concluded 5 insurance contracts, the most significant of which has been presented hereinabove. Total value of all concluded insurance contracts amounts to PLN 70,720,642.00.
