Commencement of discussions with potential investors

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17 (“the Company”) informs that it commenced a process of discussions with the investors who expressed their interest in for the equity participation in the Company. The aim of the discussions is to agree on terms and conditions of possible investment in the Company of these entities, among others, by way of increasing the Company’s share capital and acquiring its shares. The discussions are held on a preliminary basis and it is still uncertain whether they result in the investor’s involvement in the possible issue of the Company’s shares.
