Changes in the Issuer’s Management Board

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17 informs that on 10 August 2012 the Supervisory Board of the Company dismissed Mr Konrad Jaskóła, who performed the function of the President of Management Board to that day, from the Issuer’s Management Board.
At the same time, the Supervisory Board informs that until the new President of the Management Board is appointed, the function will be performed by the Vice-President of the Management Board - Mr Robert Oppenheim.
