The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17 hereby informs that on 24 March 2013 the Supervisory Board of the Company has appointed Mr Dariusz Krawczyk performing the function of the Vice-President of the Supervisory Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A, for the period until 2 June 2013 to temporarily perform the function of the Member of the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A and the President of the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A.
