Changes in the Issuer’s Management Board

Current report no. 61/2013

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17 informs that on 10 May 2013 the Supervisory Board of the Company has appointed Mr Arkadiusz Kropidłowski to the composition of the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. to the position of the Vice-President of the Management Board for the three-year individual term.

Mr Arkadiusz Kropidłowski does not conduct any competitive activity to the Issuer and he is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the provisions of the Act on the National Court Register.

Resume of the newly appointed Vice-President of the Management Board is annexed to the current report.

Legal basis: §5 section 1 item 22 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by the issuers of securities and conditions of considering information required by regulations of a non-member state as equivalent (Dz.U [Journal of Laws] 2009, No. 33, item 259).
