Changes in the Issuer’s Management Board

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Młynarska 42 („Company”) informs that on 2 April 2015 the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted a resolution on appointing the current Vice-President of the Management Board, Joanna Makowiecka-Gaca to the position of the President of the Management Board. Resolution came into force as of the date of its adoption. Details concerning education, qualification, performing other activity than the enterprise of the Company by Joanna Makowiecka-Gaca, as well as the details as to whether Joanna Makowiecka-Gaca is listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors are contained in the current report no. 53/2013 dated 24 April 2013 on appointing Joanna Makowiecka-Gaca to the position of the Vice-President of the Management Board.
