Changes to the composition of the Supervisory Board of the Company – supplementary information

Legal basis: Article 56 (1) (2) of the Act on public offering – current and periodical information

With reference to current report no. 15/2016 dated 4 March 2016, the Management Board of "Polimex-Mostostal" SA having its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Jana Pawła II 12 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Company’) hereby informs that as a result of an obvious spelling error the name of the newly appointed Vice-President of the Management Board was misspelt, and it ought to be as follows: Tomasz Rawecki.

At the same time, the Management Board of the Company informs that the newly appointed members of the Management Board of the Company have submitted written representations that they do not carry out any other competitive activity outside the Company nor are they members of bodies of competitive civil law partnerships or private companies,  members of bodies of competitive companies or members of bodies of other competitive legal entities. 
They have also submitted representations that they are not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the provisions of the Act dated 20 August 1997 on the National Court Register (Dz. U. [Dziennik Ustaw, Journal of Laws] of 2013, item 1203).

Resumes of the newly appointed members of the Management Board of the Company have been appended to this report.
