Changes to the composition of the Supervisory Board of the Company

Legal basis: Article 56 (1) (2) of the Act on public offering – current and periodical information

The Management Board of "Polimex-Mostostal" SA having its registered address in Warsaw at ul. Jana Pawła II 12 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Company’) hereby informs that on 4 March 2016 the Supervisory Board of the Company dismissed the President of the Management Board of the Company, Joanna Makowiecka-Gaca, and the Vice-President of the Management Board of the Company, Krzysztof Cetnar, from the Management Board of the Company.  At the same time, the Supervisory Board of the Company appointed Antoni Józwowicz to the position of the President of the Management Board of the Company as of today until the end of the current, three-year term of office, Tomasz Kucharczyk to the position of a Vice-President  Management Board of the Company as of today until the end of the current, three-year term of office, and Tomasz Rowecki to the position of a Vice-President of the Management Board of the Company as of 7 March 2016 until the end of the current, three year term of office.

 Resumes of the newly appointed members of the Management Board, and information pertaining to any activity competitive towards the Issuer will we published in the coming report.
