Change of the terms of a significant contract

Legal basic: Article 17 para. 1 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (Regulation on market abuse) and repealing Directive 2003/6 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission

With reference to Current Report No. 47/2016 of August 11, 2016, the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the "Company") informs that today the terms of the Contract for the construction of the Flue Gas Desulphurisation Installation installed on blocks A and B in the Pomorzany Power Plant between Polimex Energetyka Sp. z o. o. (a subsidiary of the Company) and Doosan Lentjes GmbH with headquarters in Ratingen, Germany (jointly as the "Contractor") and the company PGE Górnictwo i Energetyka Konwencjonalna S.A. based in Bełchatów ("Ordering Party"). Due to the necessity to increase the scope of works in relation to the scope originally covered by the Contract, changes were made to the Price (according to the definition of RB No. 47/2016), the payment schedule for Polimex Energetyka Sp. z o. o. and the date of implementation.

The net price of the Contract is currently PLN 99,824,344.37.

The deadline for the execution of the Contract has been set for August 21, 2019.

The agreed payment schedule increases the number of milestones from which the payment of part of the Price is dependent, which will improve the liquidity.

The remaining conditions of the Contract indicated in the current report No. 47/2016 of August 11 have not changed.
