Change of publication date of the report for the first half-year of 2011

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17 acting pursuant to § 103 (2) of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions of considering information required by regulations of a non-member state as equivalent (Dz.U. [Journal of Laws], No. 33, item 259, as amended) hereby notifies about the change of publication date of the Company and the Capital Group report for the first half-year of 2011, which in accordance to current report no. 8/2011 from 21 January 2011 was originally set to fall on 31 August 2011.

The said report for the first half-year of 2011 will be made public on 30 August 2011.
