Change of a publication date of the report for the first half of 2012 of the Company and the Capital Group

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17, acting pursuant to § 103 sec. 2 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities as well as terms and conditions of deeming information required by the regulations of a non-Member State equivalent (Dz. U. [JoL] No. 33, item 259 as amended), hereby notifies of a change of a publication date of an individual and consolidated report for the first half of 2012 of the Company and the Capital Group, which, according to current report no. 2/2012 of 16 January 2012, was originally determined to fall on 30 August 2012.

The report for the first half of 2012 in question shall be made public on 31 August 2012.
