Change in the publication date of the quarterly consolidated report for the third quarter of 2018, containing individual quarterly financial information.

Management Board of "Polimex-Mostostal” S.A. ("Company") hereby informs that the date of publication of the quarterly consolidated report for the third quarter of 2018 containing individual quarterly financial information ("Report") is subject to change.

The change in the reporting period results from the probability of entry into force of the Act on the Establishment of the National Day on the occasion of the 100th Anniversary of Regaining the Independence of the Republic of Poland (the "Act"). Pursuant to the Company's current report No. 3/2018 dated on 10th January 2018, the original date of making the Report public – 12th November 2018, may be established by the Act as a non-working day. The date of publication of the Report will be 14th November 2018.

Legal basis for the report: § 80 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29th March 2018 regarding current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2018, items 512 and 685).
