In reference to current report No 16/2018 of 22 March 2018, the Management Board of "Polimex-Mostostal" SA (the “Company”, the “Issuer”) hereby announces that it has changed the publication date of individual/unit and consolidated report for the year 2017, which was scheduled to be published on 27 April 2018.
The publication date of individual/unit and consolidated report for the year 2017 is 13 April 2018.
Legal basis for preparing the report: § 103 item 1 point 2 of the Minister of Finance Regulation of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent the information required by the law of a non-member state.
