Change of a publication date of the extended consolidated interim report of the Company for III Q of 2013

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17, acting pursuant to § 103 (2) of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 concerning current and periodical information published by issuers of securities and the conditions for regarding information required by the law of a non-member state as equivalent (Journal of Laws, No. 33, item 259 as amended) hereby informs about the change of a publication date of the extended consolidated interim report of the Company for III Q of 2013, which, pursuant to current report no. 5/2013 of 23 January 2013, has been originally set to fall on 8 November 2013.

The said extended consolidated interim report of the Company for III Q of 2013 shall be made public on 14 November 2013.
