Change of the publication date of the Company’s separate annual report and the Capital Group’s consolidated annual reports covering the year 2015.

Legal basis: Article 56 (1) (2) of the Act on public offering – current and periodical information

The Management Board of "Polimex-Mostostal" SA having its registered address in Warsaw at ul. Jana Pawła II 12 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Company’), acting pursuant to § 103 (2) of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finances dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities and terms of deeming information required by the regulations of a non-Member State equivalent (Dz. U. [Dziennik Ustaw, Journal of Laws] No. 33, item 259 as amended), hereby notifies of a change of the publication date of the Company’s separate annual report and the Capital Group’s consolidated annual reports covering the year 2015 which, in accordance with current report no. 2/2016 dated 22 January 2016, was initially set to fall on 17 March 2016.

The reports in questions will be made public on 21 March 2016.
