Change of a publication date of the annual report for 2013 and consolidated report of the Capital Group for 2013

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17, acting pursuant to § 103 (2) of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities and terms of deeming information required by the regulations of a non-Member State equivalent (Dz.U. [Journal of Laws] No. 33, item 259, as amended), hereby notifies of a change of a publication date of an annual report for 2013 and consolidated report of the Capital Group for 2013, which according to the current report no. 8/2013 of 23 January 2013 has been originally set to fall on 20 March 2014.
The said reports will be made public on 21 March 2014.
