Change of a publication date of the annual report for 2012 of the Company and consolidated report of the Capital Group for 2012

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17 acting pursuant to § 103 (2) of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 concerning current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and the conditions for regarding information required by the law of a non-member state as equivalent (Journal of Laws, No. 33, item 259 as amended) hereby informs about the change of a publication date of the annual report for 2012 of the Company and consolidated report of the Capital Group for 2012, which, pursuant to current report no. 5/2013 of 23 January 2013, has been originally set to fall on 11 March 2013. 

The subject annual report for 2012 of the Company and consolidated report of the Capital Group for 2012 shall be made public on 18 March 2013.
