Change in the date of publication of the consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2017 containing individual quarterly financial information

The Management Board of "Polimex-Mostostal" SA having its registered address in Warsaw at al. Jana Pawła II 12 (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), acting in accordance with § 103 (2) of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities and terms of deeming information required by the regulations of a non-member state equivalent (Journal of Laws No. 33, item 259, as amended) hereby notifies about the change in the date of publication of the consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2017 containing individual quarterly financial information, originally due to be published according to current report  no. 1/2017 of 17 January 2017 on 15 May 2017.

The report in question will be published on 8 May 2017.
