Candidates for the Company’s Supervisory Board members

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17, acting in accordance with the adopted Principles of Good Practice of Companies listed at the stock exchange and in order to enable the Company’s Shareholders to familiarize with candidates for the Supervisory Board members, informs that on 20 February 2012 ING Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny [Open-End Investment Fund] with its registered office in Warsaw, represented by ING Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A. announced its intention to put forward candidates for independent members of the Company’s Supervisory Board, Mr Dariusz Formeli and Dariusz Krawczyk, during the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company convened for 29 February 2012.
