The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Młynarska 42 (the ‘Board’), acting in accordance with the adopted Principles of Good Practice of Companies Listed at the Warsaw Stock Exchange and in order to enable the Company’s Shareholders to familiarise themselves with candidates for Supervisory Board members, hereby informs that on 12 June 2015 SPV Operator Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Katowice announced its intention to put forward Mr Marek Szczepańskias a candidate for a member of the Supervisory Board of the Company during an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company convened for 17 June 2015.
