Candidate for the Company’s Supervisory Board member

Czackiego 15/17, acting in accordance with the adopted Principles of Good Practice of Companies listed at the stock exchange and in order to enable the Company’s Shareholders to familiarize with a candidate for the Supervisory Board member, informs that on 21 February 2012 GENERALI Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny [Open-End Investment Fund] with its registered office in Warsaw, represented by GENERALI Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A. announced its intention to put forward a candidate for an independent member of the Company’s Supervisory Board, Mr Paweł Dłużniewski, during the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company convened for 29 February 2012.
