The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17, acting in accordance with the adopted Principles of Good Practice of Companies listed at the stock exchange and in order to enable the Company’s Shareholders to familiarize with a candidate for the Supervisory Board member, informs that on 15 October 2012 Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego its registered office in Warsaw, announced its intention to put forward a candidates for a member of the Company’s Supervisory Board, Mr Marek Wierzbowski end Mr Andrzej Kasperek, during the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company convened for 15 October 2012.
