Candidate for the Company’s Supervisory Board member

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Młynarska 42 (“Board”), acting in accordance with the adopted Principles of Good Practice of Companies listed at the Warsaw Stock Exchange and in order to enable the Company’s Shareholders to familiarize themselves with candidates for the Supervisory Board members, informs that on this day Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne PZU SA representing Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU „Złota Jesień” with its registered office in Warsaw announced its intention to put forward a candidate for the member of the Company’s Supervisory Board, Mr Krzysztof Kaczmarczyk, during the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company convened for 4 December 2014.

In the opinion of Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne PZU SA representing Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU „Złota Jesień” with its registered office in Warsaw, the candidate’s professional career guarantees an appropriate performance of the functions of an independent member of the Supervisory Board. Mr Krzysztof Kaczmarczyk has agreed to candidate for the Supervisory Board.
