Bankruptcy petition

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“the Company”) at ul. Młynarska 42 hereby informs that today it received the information about the fact that a creditor of the Company – Renata Ceplin, who conducts her business activity "SUFREMIX II Renata Ceplin" in Rumia ("Creditor") – on 25.08.2014 filed with the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, X Commercial Division for Bankruptcy and Reorganization – a bankruptcy petition comprising the liquidation of the debtor's assets.
The Company intends to take legal actions, aimed in particular at discontinuation of the bankruptcy proceedings.
