The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“the Company”) at ul. Młynarska 42 hereby informs that today it has received the information about the fact that a creditor of the Company – Doradztwo Gospodarcze i Biznesowe AiD Grzegorz KAczorek with its registered office in Chorzów ("Creditor") – on 04 September 2014 filed with the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, X Commercial Division for Bankruptcy and Reorganization a bankruptcy petition comprising the liquidation of the Company's assets
The Company intends to take legal actions, aimed in particular at discontinuation of the bankruptcy proceedings.
