Bankruptcy petition

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“the Company”) at ul. Młynarska 42 hereby informs that on this day it has obtained information that a creditor of the Company - Zakłady Budowy Maszyn i Aparatury im. L. Zieleniewski in Kraków S.A. ("the Creditor") – on 22 September 2014 filed with the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, X Commercial Division for Bankruptcy and Reorganization, a bankruptcy petition comprising the liquidation of the Company's assets together with a petition to secure the Company's assets in the form of establishing a compulsory Management Board.

The Company intends to take legal actions, aimed in particular at discontinuation of the bankruptcy proceedings.
