Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with the registered office in Warsaw at ul.  Czackiego 15/17 informs that on 22 February 2011 the Company learned that on 11 February 2011 the District Court for the Capital City of  Warsaw in Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register issued a decision under which the Court decided to enter into the National Court Register – Register of Entrepreneurs the following persons appointed as independent proxies of the Company:

a)    Zbigniew Sapiński
