Appointment of a new Supervisory Board member

Legal basic: Art. 56 item 1 point 2 of the Public Offering Act – current and periodic information

The Management Board of "Polimex-Mostostal" SA with its registered office in Warsaw, at Al. Jana Pawła II 12 (the “Company”) announces that the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders appointed a new Supervisory Board member, Mr. Andrzej Józef Kania.
In accordance with the Good Governance principles adopted for WSE-listed Companies, and in order to allow the Company’s Shareholders to familiarize themselves with the newly appointed by the Company’s Extraordinary General Meeting member of the Supervisory Board, the Company presents the CV of Mr. Andrzej Józef Kania as an appendix to this report.

The newly appointed member of the Supervisory Board submitted a written statement that apart from the Company he does not conduct any other business activity outside [and in competition to] the Company, nor is he a partner in any (civil law/private) partnership, nor is he a member of competing bodies of companies, nor does he participate in any other competing legal persons as a member of their bodies.

Mr. Andrzej Józef Kania also made a statement that he is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act of 20 August 1997 on the Polish Court Register (Journal of Laws of 2013, item 1203).
