Appointment of the new Member of the Supervisory Board

Legal basis: Article 56, item 1 point 2 of the Act on the offer - current and periodic information      

The Management Board of "Polimex-Mostostal" S.A. with registered office in Warsaw at Al. Jana Pawła II 12 ("the Company") informs that today the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company appointed a new Member, Ms Katarzyna Dąbrowska, to the Supervisory Board of the Company for the remainder of the current term of office.

The appointed member of the Supervisory Board of the Company submitted a written statement that she is not involved in the activities of the competition, nor is a partner in competitive civil or personal partnerships, is not a member of the governing bodies of competitive companies, she does not participate in other competitive legal entities as a member of their company bodies. Ms. Katarzyna Dąbrowska, is performs her activities in the Department of Innovation and Technology Development of the Ministry of Energy, which according to her statement, does not constitute a competitive activity in relation to the Company.

 

Ms. Katarzyna Dąbrowska has also made a statement that she is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors, kept pursuant to the Act of 20th August 1997 on the National Court Register. Journal of Laws from the year 2018, item 986.

 

In accordance with the adopted Principles of Good Practices of WSE Listed Companies and to enable Shareholders of the Company to become acquainted with the new member of the Supervisory Board appointed by the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company, the Company presents a biographical note of Ms. Katarzyna Dąbrowska as an attachment to this report.

 

Legal basis: Article 5, point 5  in conjunction with § 10 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29th March 2018 regarding current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state Journal of Laws 2014 item 133.
