The Appointment of the member of the Management Board

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with the registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17 ("Issuer") informs that on 6 March 2014 the Supervisory Board of the Issuer adopted a resolution on appointing Mr. Maciej Stańczuk on 7 February 2014 to the composition of the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. to the position of the Vice-President of the Management Board for the three-year individual term. Mr. Maciej Stańczuk does not conduct any activities, which are competitive to the activities conducted by the Issuer and he is not a partner of any competitive civil law company or partnership or a member of bodies of a company or a member of bodies of a competitive legal person or he did not enter in the Register of Insolvent Debtors conducted under the Act on National Court Register. Enclosed the Issuer provides the professional resume of the Vice-President of the Management Board Mr. Maciej Stańczuk.
