The appointment of the member of the Management Board

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. ul. Czackiego 15/17 (“the Company”) informs that on 9 May 2014 the Supervisory Board of the Company has adopted a resolution on appointing Mr Bogusław Piekarski on 9 May 2014 to the composition of the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. and the position of the Chief Operating Officer of the Management Board.

Mr Bogusław Piekarski does not conduct any activities which are competitive to the activities conducted by the Company and he is not a partner of any competitive civil law company or partnership or a member of bodies of a company or a member of bodies of a competitive legal person or he has not been entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors conducted under the Act on National Court Register.

Mr Bogusław Piekarski has a considerable professional experience especially in construction and management of large business organisations which construct complete power facilities in Poland and abroad. He gained professional experience from the work conducted during last 20 years in the international corporations (ABB, Foster Wheeler, Alstom).

The Company enclosed to the current report a professional resume of Mr Bogusław Piekarski which particularly indicates the education, qualification and the functions performed earlier by Mr Bogusław Piekarski together with the description of the history of employment of the new Vice-President of the Management Board.
