Appointment of a member of the Management Board

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Młynarska 42 ("Issuer") informs that on 13 February 2015 the Supervisory Board of the Issuer has adopted a resolution on appointing Mr Jacek Czerwonka on 13 February 2015 to the composition of the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. to the position of Vice-President of the Management Board for a three-year individual term.  Mr Jacek Czerwonka does not conduct any activities, which are competitive to the activities conducted by the Issuer and he is not a partner of any competitive civil law company or partnership or a member of bodies of a company or a member of bodies of a competitive legal person or he has not been entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors conducted under the Act on National Court Register. Enclosed the Issuer provides the professional resume of the Vice-President of the Management Board Mr Jacek Czerwonka.
