Appointment of a commercial proxy

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17 hereby informs that it adopted resolution on granting an independent commercial proxy to Ms Agnieszka Stańczyk.

in Warsaw

Postgraduate Studies “People Management in the Company” at the Leon Koźmiński Higher School of Enterprise and Management (Koźmiński University).

1995 - 1999                  Eurofund Management Polska Sp. z o.o., a company managing the National Investment Fund PIAST” S.A. Information Management Director;

II.2002 – V.2007           Polimex- Mostostal S.A - HR Department Manager;

VI.2007 - till now           Polimex Mostostal S.A. - Personnel Director.

She does not conduct any business activity competitive to the activity of the Issuer.

She is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the provisions of the Act on the National Court Register.

At the same time, the Management Board of the Issuer has revoked the independent commercial power granted to Mr Jerzy Jakubiec.
