Appointing to the position of the President of the Management Board.

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17 (“the Company”) informs that on 9 May the Supervisory Board of the Company has adopted a resolution on appointing the current Vice-President of the Management Board, Maciej Stańczuk to the position of the President of the Management Board.

Resolution came into force as of the date of its adoption.

Details concerning education, qualification, performing other activity than the enterprise of the Company by Maciej Stańczuk, as well as the details as to whether Maciej Stańczuk is listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors are contained in the current report no. 22/2014 dated 7 February 2014 on appointing Maciej Stańczuk to the position of the Vice-President of the Management Board.
