Appointing of a new member of the Supervisory Board

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Młynarska 42 (the ‘Company’) informs that the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company appointed a new member, Mr Marek Szczepański, to the Company’s Supervisory Board .

Acting in accordance with the adopted principles of Good Practices of Companies Listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and in order to enable the Shareholders of the Company to familiarise themselves with the newly appointed member of the Supervisory Board, the Company has annexed Mr Marek Szczepański’s resume to current report no. 69/2015 dated 12.06.2015.

Mr Marek Szczepański has also declared that he is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to Act of 20 August 1997 on the National Court Register (Dz.U. [Dziennik Ustaw, Journal of Laws] of 2013, item  1203).
