Czackiego 15/17 hereby informs that on 17 August 2012 it filed with the National Depository of Securities an application for conversion of 12,500 (twelve thousand and five hundred) registered shares of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. of A series designated with the PLMSTSD00027 code, of the nominal value of PLN 0.04 each, into bearer shares designated with the code: PLMSTSD00092.
