Application for assimilation and admission to listing of shares

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17 hereby informs that on 30 August 2012 it filed an application for:

1)   assimilation of 12,500 ordinary bearer shares of A series registered with the National Depository for Securities S. A. under the code number PLMSTSD00092 with 521,104,026 ordinary bearer shares registered with the National Depository for Securities (Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A.) under the code number PLMSTSD00019 on 14 September 2012;

2)   listing of shares at the Warsaw Stock Exchange as a result of stock assimilation at the National Depository for Securities S.A.

The total number of bearer shares that are to be listed as a result of assimilation amounts to 12,500 (twelve thousand five hundred).

The proposed date of assimilation and listing of shares is 14 September 2012.

Total number of shares will be traded on the stock exchange following the admission to listing of shares being the subject of the application will amount to: 521,116,526 shares.
