Amendment to a conditional sale contract

With reference to current report no. 43/2015 dated 18 March 2015 and no. 211/2014 dated 12 December 2014 and no. 137/2014 dated 11 September 2014, the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (‘the Company’) at ul. Młynarska 42, informs that on 22 March 2015 a conditional contract of sale of real properties located in Szczecin, entered into by and between the Company acting in the capacity of the Seller and Molina spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością S.K.A. acting in the capacity of the Buyer, was amended. In view of the fact that not all of the conditions provided for in the conditional sale contract were fulfilled and that they are unlikely to be fulfilled before the end date agreed upon between the Parties, the Seller and the Buyer decided to amend the conditional sale contract and postpone the end date to 24 June 2015.
